Why shall I conduct a Soil Test & Water Test

Soil testing is a very important thing to determine the Safe Bearing Capacity Of Soil. With this test, we can know the Strength of the subsoil where we transfer loads of the building. This SBC is very important to determine the size and type of Foundations. If the Foundations sizes are not properly designed (Calculated) the building may face differential settlements which leads to cracks in the building and the money we spent on it is wasted. We request you to go with the soil testing

Water testing is also plays a key role. Usually the water at the place of construction is used for curing purposes. This water has to be tested whether there are any harmful salts which can make the structure weak and generate cracks, The Reinforcement concrete will also get weaker and the TOR steel we provided will become corroded. Whether we can use the water present at site for construction and curing will be decided with this test.

Imagine water present at site contains some harmful salts, then you need to buy potable water from somewhere else which doesn't have salts for construction and Curing purposes.
