Structural design is the Calculation of Loads and providing the sufficient TOR Steel and Grade of Concrete.

We calculate the loads coming over the Columns(Pillars)  & Foundations, Loads coning over the beams and Slabs also.

Usually the Life Span of an RCC Building is 100 Years. But now a days the buildings the becoming old with in a span of 20 to 30 years, it is because of the Poor Structural design or they have omitted the part of structural design by an engineer and just kept their faith in a Mason.

Full form of RCC is Reinforced Cement Concrete. Every beam, Every Column, Foundation has to be calculated. This calculation is called as Structural Design. There are certain Guidelines to civil engineers in accordance to the Design. Here comes the IS:456 Code. We strictly follow this IS Code and Design your building so that they can withstand for 100 Years. ( It depends up on the workmanship also). never Hire a inferior worker.

This is how we need to provide the Foundations. All the time it is not necessary that we go for Isolated Column Foundations, we have many types of Foundations like Pile Foundations, Spread Footing, mat Footing, Combined Foundations etc.

The main thing that constitute is Safe Bearing Capacity of soil. This is also called as SBC. This SBC is necessary to calculate foundations. SBC differs from Place to Place Soils may be made-up of Clay, Sand, Silt, Soft Rock, Hard Rock etc. That is why we as our clients who come forward for the Structural design to Provide the SBC report. This SBC Report can be provide to you by a Nearest engineering college near you.
